Blind Tides🪽

Tide comes in as we walk
Holding hands alongside👣
The current of the ocean
Pulls seaweed and shells🐚
Up to the Sandy shoreline
Seven stares at her feet✨
Peter touches her shoulder
Look up he says, to the 🌌
As her chin moves up Peter
Lightly kisses her neck 💫
Make a wish says Peter..💋
As she realizes he can see
Into the future a shooting
Star she gasps as her hair
Falls to her face and time
Stands still she makes her
Wish and smiles to herself
Knowing that Peter is real
His wings were real he can
Fly she says to herself🪽✨
Seven glances up at Peter💗
It’s all real she whispers
Peter smiles back at Seven
Would you like to fly away
No says Seven I would like
To stay here for tonight🌊

  6. I love it Amber. I am writing my friend’s 9 year old daughter a 1000pg book because I know it would mean a lot to her and she is a gifted writer who started writing at 7 and i didn’t get started until 16 she wins awards im sure as a writer its nice to have another writer write for you.

    1. Wow 🤩 that’s cool.. it actually reminds me of my plot, somewhat.

      I’m writing a very complex set of novels.. or perhaps a script. It’s a sci-fi romance psychological thriller. So far I am using my blog to write excerpts and poetry, as I continue to world build and develop the relationships between my characters. I have been exploring these characters for a couple of years and they’re very interesting. The project is to honor a friend of mine who was an actress/model/comedian. She sadly died by suicide in 2017. She was an amazing writer.

      My character named Janet is based on her. Peaches is a clone of Janet, Denny the evil billionaire has created a new civilization of clones on a planet far away and left the lovely Janet behind. Janet discovers Peaches and these clones that are essentially slaves to Denny and she loses her mind and cheats on him. The man she cheats on Denny with is a mysterious man, whom she didn’t realize was the biggest rock star on her Planet. I’m calling him Mr. E on the blog but he has a name. Janet has a child with this man, her name is Seven.

      Peaches eventually murders Janet, and Seven, being a writer following in her mother’s journalistic footsteps, begins a wild journey to uncover the mysterious death of her mother. Peter, is a man who comes in to audition for the leading role in a television show that Seven has written, which is being directed by her ex boyfriend, his name is Jack. Peter, turns out, to be her guardian Angel. Janet has psychic abilities and Peter is time traveling. 🤯

      1. That sounds so cool and sounds like a lot of fun. One of my plots in my 1000pg book is about my charracter and Meg hooking up at 14 and Meg ends up beg pregnant she has the baby but wants me never to be apart of her life i try to find her but i give up she dies and its revealed that hs baby Chanel is ot his but belongs to a crazed lunatic who will kill to get Chanel back Meg badmouthed ad acted like she hated me because she wanted to protect me from the lunatic and knew if something happened to her id take her and be a good father to her the lunatic kills the foster mother and i am going to sacrifice my life so the luatic will leave chael alone and leave but before he can kill me he gets shot in the head by my rival theater company woma Rita hes a billionaire and shes a millionaire but she always loses to my company and tries everything to beat him but cant do it. Yea my novel is complex kind of complicated book. i hope your books get published that sounds like a tour de force writing performance.

      3. Good for you for honoring your friend. I’ve done that for the friends that passed tragically doherty drunk driving death colepitts drrug overdose and marruis shot and killed. I did an awesome book about a scientist creating a time machine go back in ttime to save my friends lives and see what would have been. The woman playing my love interest was middle aged and it was fun in real life she was my dear artist friend she sent me her book autographed she said my book made her tear up laugh bee impressed with the creativity i enjoyed that book its a touching tribute to those that were once apart of my life and in my book changing their fates. Interesting in my current book the two lead actresses and singers share the spotlight one ends up dating me then dumping me then dating me again and dumping me it just is hard for her to date the boss and keep on the top of her game ellie is my friend’s 7 year old daughter one day she will grow up and read it but my character dates many of the other women. The one that sees me a lot is a tribute to a nice nurse April I had one time in the hospital.
