Sometimes changes are nice;
They can lead to great gain
Other times a change can be
Lonely and scary leaving us
Frozen in time not knowing,
The correct path to follow.
Regret is a natural emotion
Although often pointless or
Fruitless because we cannot
Undo that which has already
Been done we can only  play
The hand that’s been  dealt
