we’re in the car, we’ve been driving a while

i ask where we’re going, you finally reveal

a weekend getaway to the smoky mountains

wow, what an amazing idea..i’m so excited

i’m glad you packed my bag for me now

i have all my favorite new cozy pajamas

maybe i’ll learn to ski, but probably not

i’ll stay inside staring as the snow falls

my breath fogs up the window as we talk

tangled together, we’re happy right here

what a great weekend this is going to be
