I am a breeze, rustling through the Autumn leaves.

Crisp clean air that revitalizes the land.

I am a ray of sunshine, blanketing the Earth with my warmth.

Providing the light for all life.

I am the rain, washing the dust of the day away.

Breathing new life into everything I touch.

I am a tree, standing tall above the grass.

Holding firm in my roots, creating a shelter.

I am the sand, simple enough.

Infinite grains creating a pathway to walk the beach.

I am a wave, traveling the vast sea.

Finally, ending my life gracefully against the shore.

  7. I am so inspired by this writing. Honestly your words are so close to my heart I can’t even begin to tell you. Everyday is a battle and every night is a storm. In which I wish to perish yet I wake up and move on. It can be so difficult. I have witnessed death up close and I just want it now. Honestly I am so done with this world. My element is water and earth and I feel like they are calling to me to take me in.

      2. I’ve listened to a few episodes so far. The latest one, β€œWeird State of Mind…”, I just wanted to let you know I felt that way for years. I had to leave an abusive family system to begin to feel like myself again. I think the state of the world right now is causing us all collective trauma and even people with the best of lives can feel that way. I don’t know your personal situation, but just know I felt that way and I came through the other side. I have faith that you will too. πŸ’šπŸ’š

Sorry to say this of course it must have been traumatic but I just feel comforted knowing there are other people who have the same feeling.. Love you loads and hope you get everything you wish for and more
